Jose Arredondo was found 'beaten to death' in a condo in San Jose del Cabo
A family friend said Arredondo was killed during a home invasion Monday night
Arredondo, 58, is father of K-Pop star, Samuel, who currently lives in South Korea
He is also the owner of the Family Motors Auto Group in Bakersfield, California
Authorities are investigating his murder; no suspects have been arrested
