• Swedish activist Greta Thunberg was not impressed by President Biden's speech at the UN General Assembly earlier this week
• During a climate change rally in Berlin she demanded world leaders do more
• Biden has promised to work with Congress to double funds by 2024 to $11.4 billion per year to help developing nations deal with climate change
• But the amount pales in comparison to the $24.5 billion that the EU spent on climate aid in 2019 
• A more intense look at such goals will take place in the coming months at the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland
• Global leaders, including Biden, are expected to attend to draw up a solid plan to combat climate change
