FBI warns of armed protests in all 50 states if Trump is removed before Inauguration Day as thousands of National Guardsmen watch over Capitol and all monuments are closed ahead of Biden's swearing in

• An FBI bulletin released Monday warned of armed protests planned in all 50 states from January 16 to 20
• It said an 'identified armed group' is calling for the 'storming' of state, local, and federal government buildings should President Donald Trump be forcibly removed from office 
• The group is allegedly planning to stage a major demonstration in Washington, DC, on January 17 
• 'They have warned that if Congress attempts to remove POTUS via the 25th Amendment a huge uprising will occur,' the bulletin stated, according to ABC News
• The bulletin came to light as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi introduced an article of impeachment accusing Trump of incitement to insurrection on Monday  
• More than 6,000 National Guardsmen were deployed to DC in the days after a mob of Trump's supporters stormed the Capitol grounds last Wednesday 
• The Pentagon is considering sending up to 13,000 guardsmen to secure the city
• The Department of Defense is aware of 'further possible threats posed by would-be terrorists in the days up to and including Inauguration Day' 
• DC Mayor Muriel Bowser said she is 'extremely concerned' about security and called for a pre-emergency declaration
