A Russian cargo ship hits a bridge carrying road traffic in Busan, South Korea. The Korea Coast Guard said the 5,998-ton Seagrand hit the Gwangan Bridge before turning around. No injuries were reported, but the bridge was closed for safety checks, the Korea Herald reported. It said the captain had a blood alcohol content of 0.086% when the legal limit is 0.03%, though it is not clear if he was at the helm at the time.
