専門家から見たＫＥＩＫＯの介護「配偶者１人では無理」裁判で離婚認められるケースも

【小室哲哉引退発表から一夜 】 小室は１９日の会見でＫＥＩＫＯは「高次脳機能障害」と明かした。
１年のうち約３カ月間は大分県の実家で親族が介護。東京にいるときは小室とスタッフが面倒を見ている。
東京脳神経センターの天野恵市氏は「施設で専門職員に世話を任せるのが一般的。在宅はかなり難しく、配偶者１人ではとても無理」と指摘。
症状には波があるといい「愛情だけではとても続けられないのが現実。離婚の理由として裁判所に認められるケースもある」と説明した。小室は離婚について否定している。
東京高次脳機能障害協議会の細見みゑ理事長は「家族には想像以上の強いストレスがかかる。子供扱いすると怒ったりしコミュニケーションを取るのが難しい」と話す。
介護者が集まる家族会があり「参加すると、気持ちが楽になるケースがある」とアドバイスした。
また夫婦問題評論家の池内ひろ美氏は、配偶者が障がいや認知症でコミュニケーションが取りづらい状態になった時、介護する側が配偶者以外の異性を精神的に頼る例は多いと指摘。
「介護は愛情でなく義務感になる。一般論だが、女性はリアリストで離婚する人が多い」と話した。
