北朝鮮による拉致被害者で新潟県佐渡市に住む曽我ひとみさん（５８）が１４日、新潟市中央区の新潟グランドホテルで被害者救出を訴える署名活動を行った。
北朝鮮が弾道ミサイルを断続的に発射し続けていることについて「報道を聞くたびに胸が痛い。ミサイル問題よりも拉致問題を一日も早く解決しなければいけない」と記者団に述べた。
ともに拉致された母のミヨシさん（８５）＝拉致当時（４６）＝の行方は分かっておらず「帰国してから１５年間、今年こそはと思ってきたが、大好きな母とまだ会うことができない。本当にもう時間がない」と救出を強く訴えた。
署名は曽我さんの同級生らでつくる「曽我さん母娘を救う会」が主催。
同県佐渡市によると、同会は平成１８年に署名活動を始めて以来、約３万５千筆を集めた。
曽我さんは、昭和５３年８月に自宅近くの雑貨店で買い物をした帰りに拉致され、平成１４年１０月に帰国を果たした。
