As a candidate, Trump made China and trade regular talking points. He vowed, among other things, to scrap the TPP, list China as a currency manipulator and slap an eye-popping 45 percent tariff on imported Chinese goods.

【ワシントン時事】米商務省は２３日、中国製の大型タイヤが米国に不当に安く輸出されているとして、最大２２．５７％の反ダンピング（不当廉売）税率と、同６５．４６％の相殺関税率を決定した。トランプ政権発足後、対中制裁関税の認定は初めて。
対象はトラックやバスなど商用車向けのタイヤ。米政府機関の国際貿易委員会（ＩＴＣ）が３月上旬にも被害を認めれば、制裁関税の導入が確定する。商務省はオバマ前政権下の昨年に調査を始めたが、中国はトランプ政権の強硬姿勢を警戒しており、決定を理由に米国への反発を強めそうだ。（2017/01/25-17:33）
