ローランド、MBOに向けたTOBが成立 上場廃止へ

電子楽器のローランド（7944）は15日、経営陣が参加する買収（ＭＢＯ）に向け、三木純一社長が代表取締役を務める特別目的会社の常若コーポレーション（東京・港）が実施していた株式公開買い付け（ＴＯＢ）が終了したと発表した。ＴＯＢの成立条件である買い付け予定数の下限（1479万8500株）を上回る1840万5485株の応募があり、７月22日に全株を買い付ける。
常若コーポレーションはローランドの筆頭株主となり、株式の保有割合（議決権ベース）は82.92％に高まる。ローランドは上場廃止となる見通し。
これまで筆頭株主だったローランド芸術文化振興財団（浜松市）はＴＯＢに応じず、持ち株比率は10.52％で変わらない。同財団の理事長はローランド創業者の梯（かけはし）郁太郎氏で、ＭＢＯに反対していた。〔日経ＱＵＩＣＫニュース（ＮＱＮ）〕

そう言えば子どもの頃はBをベー、Dをデーなんて言う老人が多くて、
それは耳の遠い老人たちが聞き間違いをしない為だと言われたもんですが、
考えたらドイツ語読みですﾜﾅｗｗ
ちなみに日本映画ではCG導入以前の背景などのマット画を「ホリズン」と言ってたらしいんですが、これもホライズンのｗｗｗ
