じゃ、海外、国際社会のトレンドはどうかということを申し上げます。当然海外では、海外に養子で送られた子供が児童買春だとか売春あるいは臓器売買の被害に遭わないように防止策を取っております。その国の数は非常に多いです。ちょっと私が調べただけでも、インドネシア、モーリシャス、スリランカ、コスタリカ、ホンジュラスなどなどがあるわけですね。
私が申すまでもなく、日本はアメリカの国務省のレポートで、人身売買の悪い意味でのランキングの高い国というふうに言われて、これはこの場合、特に女性の人身売買での問題になったわけでありますけれども、ですから、これは人身売買取引の輸入国として日本は指弾をされたわけです。
しかし、私が今申し上げている問題は、実は人身売買の輸出国としても、しかも赤ちゃんですよ、非難されてきたんです、実は、一部では。
