パキスタン、中国「一帯一路」鉄道事業予算を約2300億円削減 さらに減額も
パキスタンのラシッド鉄道相は１日、中国が進める広域経済圏構想「一帯一路」について、債務負担を避けるためパキスタン国内での鉄道プロジェクトの予算を２０億ドル（約２３００億円）減らす、と発表した。
計画は、植民地時代に作られたカラチから北西部のペシャワルまで全長１８７２キロの鉄道路線改修計画で、当初予算は８２億ドルだった。
鉄道相は「パキスタンは貧しい国であり、多大な債務の負担には耐えられない。中国パキスタン経済回廊（ＣＰＥＣ）計画に基づく予算を８２億ドルから６２億ドルに減らした」と述べた。
また、鉄道計画の遂行には自信を見せたが、コストは６２億ドルからさらに４２億ドルまで減らしたい、と強調した。
中国はパキスタン内での建設については約６００億ドルを出資するとしていたが、８月に就任したパキスタンのカーン首相は中国からの投資に警戒感を示していた。
米国は「一帯一路」構想について、途上国にとって中国からの融資が返済不能な債務になると批判。中国は双方にメリットがある「ウインウイン」の関係だと反論していた。

負債地獄に陥らせて骨の髄までしゃぶり尽くす中華帝国の手口をアメリカは御見通しだそうです。
アメリカはそれに代わる開発支援プログラムを準備中とのこと。
パキスタンもこれでアメリカに乗り換えるつもりでしょうかね？
